The listed tour prices do not cover tips for the staff. While our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, any gratuities for their hard work and dedication are at the discretion of our valued guests.
3. What’s the cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation by the Charterer, the following policy will be applied:
- If the booking is canceled 5-15 days before embarkation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the Charter price will be charged.
- If the booking is canceled 5-2 days before embarkation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Charter price will be charged.
- If the booking is canceled 2-0 days before embarkation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the Charter price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation due to Weather Conditions:
- The Charterer is eligible for a 100% refund.
- The Charterer can reschedule the trip based on boat availability.
- The company reserves the right to modify the excursion itinerary based on weather conditions.
In the event of boat Malfunction before Embarkation:
- Our company will provide an equivalent or upgraded vessel.
- If no vessel in the same or upgraded category is available, the Charterer has to fully compensate you for the charter.
4. How does the tour booking payment procedure work?
To secure your tour reservation, a 50% deposit is required, payable through our convenient online booking platform. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival, offering flexibility with the following payment options:
- Cash: Enjoy a 10% discount on the total amount.
- Bank Transfer: Swift and secure electronic payment.
5. What measures are implemented to guarantee safety throughout the tours?
